4. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Clients may schedule pickups or deliveries through our website or by phone. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid service charges. Last-minute cancellations may incur a 20% cancellation fee.

 

5. Payment Terms
